Shipping:
We ship items by United States Postal Service (USPS) , by first class. Priority shipping (Rush Service) costs an additional $10.
If you need faster shipping (i.e. overnight or two day), we can ship via UPS or FedEx and the rate is the actual shipping cost plus the $10.00 rush service listed above. Please click on the Rush My Shipment at the bottom of the page before you finish the checkout process.
Fees are based on the dollar amount of your
purchase and are as following:
under $10.00 - the
shipping fee is $2.00 for standard shipping
$10.00 - $49.99 - the shipping fee is $5.00 for standard shipping
$50.00 - $99.99 - the shipping fee is $7.00 for standard shipping
$100.00 or more - FREE Basic Shipping
"How soon will I receive my order?"
Most orders shipped within the Continental United States will be delivered within 7 business days of being processed.
Please note: All "Special Order" items may take an additional 2-4 weeks to arrive (above the regular shipping time).
"I'm from overseas. Can I place an order with you?"
Yes, we do ship outside the United States. The shipping cost is a little more and unless it is over $5 we will not contact you, but just charge the additional amount. If you are ordering items over $100, you will only have to pay the additional amount over the normal shipping cost.
"What do I do if my order arrives damaged?"
Immediately contact us and explain the damage, giving your full name, phone numbers (day and evening), and e-mail address. You must notify us no later than 7 days after receipt of the damaged product.
"Why did my order arrive incomplete?"
Sometimes, our suppliers can't supply us fast enough, so we run out of product. If this happens, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. Your packing slip will indicate any items not enclosed. Please wait two weeks before contacting us regarding any back ordered items. Your additional product may already be on its way to you.
